How to File a Claim
All of our claims are handled by our 3rd party TPA claims administrator, Blair and Co. They handle the intake process, investigation, determination of loss/coverage and payment or declination.

When filing a claim be sure to include the following information:
- First Named Insured (as it appears on the declarations page)
- Policy number
- Date and Time of Loss
- Description of the Loss
- Include any photos or police reports (if applicable)
- Insured Contact Name, Phone and Email
- Agent Name, Phone and Email

In the event of a claim, you should always
STEP 1
Ensure Safety First
Contact the fire department or police department (depending on the loss)
STEP 2
Secure the location
Take reasonable steps to prevent further damage such as:
- Boarding up windows or doors
- Secure/cover exposed roofs, equipment or any outdoor property
- Keep receipts for any emergency or temporary repairs
STEP 3
Notify Blair and Co and your Agent as soon as possible.

If you do not have all details (photos, receipts, police report, etc) do not delay in reporting the claim. Additional info can be provided at a later date.
STEP 3
Document the Damage/Loss as much as you can.
Clear photos/videos (close ups and wide shots) of any damaged property.
Preserve any damaged items unless they pose a safety risk or are perishable.

Test copy for placement only. Endorsement request guidance will be completed at a later date.
